London Broil is one of my favorite meats to cook. In the summer time, I probably cook one once a week on the webber grill. But when I shot this video it was only March 4th and there was still a ton of snow on the ground. So when I cant cook it outside, I have to make do with what I have.
The key to a perfect London Broil is how you cut it. Thin slices are the best.
For a steak this size, you want to cook it for 12 – 15 minutes per side depending on your cooking surface.
